October, typically known for being the month of Halloween, has another importance as well; it is also Italian-American Heritage Month. This holiday is celebrated to recognize the contributions of Italian immigrants and their descendants in the United States. More specifically, Italians are being acknowledged for their arts, science, and culture. Food
You can’t have an Italian party without an abundance of food. There are plenty of authentic dishes, but what you prefer might change depending on the area of Italy you want to represent.
