December is a great month to spend quality time with your loved ones because the holidays often bring together friends and family. If you rented our holiday parties facility in Westchester to host an event for your family, then you may have a lot of planning to do. One important aspect to plan for any party are the activities that your guests will participate in. Here are a few of the activities you can set up in our holiday parties facility in Westchester.
White Elephant
For this game to work, every guest needs to bring a wrapped gift to the party. One by one, each person gets to choose one of the gifts and open it immediately. The next person can either choose an unwrapped gift or steal the gift of someone that went before them. If this happens, the person who had their present stolen then gets to pick a new present. This continues until everyone at the party has a present.
Secret Santa
During this gift exchange, everyone attending the party will draw a name at random prior to the party. The name that they draw is the person that they will be getting a present for. The day of the party, all of the guests will anonymously receive a gift from their “secret Santa”.
Christmas Movie Trivia
Depending on the size of your party, you can play individually or put your guests into teams. You will then ask questions about famous Christmas movies and whoever gets the question right gets a point. At the end, whoever has the most points wins.
Human Christmas Tree
Divide your guests into groups and have each group nominate who they want to be their human Christmas tree. Then each group gets to dress up their human Christmas tree as a real tree and at the end everyone votes on whose team was the most creative.
Christmas Karaoke
It’s never a bad idea to put on some classic Christmas songs for your guests to enjoy. During this time, encourage all of your guests to take a turn on stage in our private event facility.
