Fun Activities to Do at Your Baby Shower
Having a child is such an important and exciting time for a couple; there’s no better way to celebrate than by having a baby shower! Gender Reveal Ideas
- Cake – This is a tasty and fun way to announce if you’re having a boy or girl. To do this, add blue or pink food coloring to the cake batter and frost the outside of the cake with a gender neutral color. When you cut into the cake, all your guests will know the gender of your child.
- Piñata – Hang up a piñata and fill it with blue or pink candy or confetti. Then the couple will swing at the piñata until it exposes what’s inside.
- Balloon Pop – Similar to a piñata, you can fill a giant balloon with blue or pink confetti. When the couple pops the balloon, the confetti will explode out of it, exposing the color inside.
Activities
- Bucket List – Have everyone write down activities or suggestions that the parents should do with the baby during its first year. Next, have everyone place it in a bucket for the parents to keep for ideas.
- Photo Matching – Have all of your guests bring a picture of when they were 5 years old or younger. Assign a number to each photo and display them on the walls around the private events facility in Westchester.
